Although the current Pauly's gym was opened to accomodate our stable of professional boxers, we are still open to over 16 year olds, both male and female, for boxing circuits and fitness training.

At a cost of just 35 per session, our highly respected and experienced team of professional boxers and fully qualified trainers will help you achieve your goals regardless of your level of fitness or experience.

Paul's Gym is fully equipped with a full size boxing ring and all the necessary equipment needed to train boxers at the highest level.

We are always interested in talking to keen Amateurs as well as unattached professionals and overseas boxers visiting this country. the gym is also available to rent for organised sparring sessions, seminars and television and film work
