Kick Boxing Coach: Former English and British champion. Lou represented England and Great Britain in over 20 countries and was formerly ranked number 2 in the world.

In her world title fight at Wembley Conference Centre in 1985 Fighters magazine reported “due to incompetent judging, England 's Lou Pauly was robbed of a world title”.
